Conditions for the return of material

Product returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • - A Product Return Request form will be provided, which must be duly completed and sent to IMNASA by e-mail.
  • - In case of accepting the return, IMNASA will resend the signed form (essential document to make the return effective). All products returned without prior authorization, or not accepted under warranty, after a period of 4 months will be deposited in a recycling center.
  • - Along with this, a copy of the delivery note or invoice containing the products to be returned is attached. The two documents must go inside the shipment.
  • - If necessary, a copy of the transport claim delivery note or the incident report will be attached.
  • - The packaging and the different original protections of the products must be respected.
  • - In case of breakage caused by transport, the courier company that made the delivery must be claimed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • - Returns will only be accepted postage paid.
  • - The maximum period to make the return effective is 20 business days from the date of the delivery note.
